Responsibilities
Provide clerical and administrative support to a sales office or specific department
Perform routine clerical tasks including typing, data entry, filing, and operating office machines
Correspond and maintain contact with Client Service Manager on new and renewal business
Operate a personal computer and appropriate software packages or the equivalent
Maintain files, records, or reports
Commercial Lines cross selling opportunities
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Exceptional telephone demeanor
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Preferred
Property & Casualty License (preferred)
Associate or bachelor's degree in a business or financial related discipline (preferred)
1-3 years' experience in a similar position (preferred)
