Responsibilities

Analyze financial P&L data and trends to support business planning and decision-making

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts

Develop financial models to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and performance

Collaborate with Stop & Shop Store Operations teams to gather data and align financial strategies

Work with internal business partners to assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

Collaborate with external E-Commerce partners (Uber, DoorDash, Instacart) to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)

Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis

Assist with accounting processes including accruals and invoices

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field

2-4 years of Finance or related experience

Advanced Excel skills required; ie VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Formulas and Pivot Tables

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively across functions and departments

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational and time management skills
