Responsibilities

Responsible for software testing across all the company's software products
Supporting customers and working closely with internal groups to identify and solve system issues and defects
Have knowledge of various quality assurance testing practices and the ability to outline and execute quality assurance testing plans
Work closely with developers, business analysts, other quality assurance analysts, technical support managers, and project managers to improve the company's software products

Required

Bachelor's degree required; or equivalent combination of education and experience
No prior experience required; however, prior internship(s) and/or applicable coursework preferred
Strong understanding of the software development and testing process
Experience writing and using automated test scripts and tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - strong ability to document test cases as well as the results of those test cases
Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects and efficiently switch between tasks
Demonstrated ability to participate effectively as part of a team

Preferred

Experience in the utility, energy or pipeline industry is preferred
Knowledge and experience with databases (SQL Server and Oracle) and the Microsoft stack of software development tools preferred
