Responsibilities

Manages inventory control through SAP to ensure optimal stock levels and accurate data entry

Oversees transactional order picking and inventory management processes to maintain inventory accuracy

Monitors MES system (PAS-X) and SAP communications to maintain accurate batch genealogy, processing Idoc failures when necessary

Identifies and resolves warehouse issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain operational efficiency

Performs testing of ERP systems to ensure operational effectiveness and process improvement

Provides guidance and training to warehouse associates, utilizing SAP expertise to support their operational tasks

Creates and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) for warehouse processes

Adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) to ensure compliance with industry regulations

Participates in projects (e.g., based on customer or internal requirements or interests)

Conducts data analysis to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for process improvements within the supply chain

Ensures supply chain activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them

Required

Associate's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field with at least 7 years of related experience

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field with at least 5 years of related experience

Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills

Preferred

cGMP experience with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Quality background

Experience in Supply Chain to include planning, purchasing, or warehouse

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
