Responsibilities

Prepare profit analyses and review gross margins for sales contracts
Analyze land development budgets, job costs, and budget variances
Support SG&A reviews, forecasting, and expense reimbursements
Process vendor payments, check requests, applications for payment, and property taxes
Assist with monthly close, reconciliations, and reporting
Support land development contracts, CRFs, BLAs, and surety requests
Coordinate vendor setup, insurance enrollment, and permit-related payments
Track project data, reports, and key milestones (e.g., soils and drill dates)

Qualification

Required

Experience in land development, real estate, construction finance, or accounting
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

Exposure to retail, multifamily, and commercial real estate preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field preferred
