Endeavor Air is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, operating regional jets across North America. The Tech Ops Technology Intern will support data analytics and integration initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in querying databases and developing dashboards while collaborating with internal teams to enhance data flows between business applications.

Responsibilities

Assist in writing and testing basic SQL queries to retrieve data from enterprise databases

Help validate data accuracy and troubleshoot issues with query results

Contribute to the creation and refinement of dashboards using Tableau or Power BI

Learn to translate business questions into visual insights and reporting tools

Participate in meetings with internal teams to understand data needs and integration challenges

Document requirements and assist in mapping data flows between systems

Shadow senior team members in designing data models and integration workflows

Help document data sources, transformation logic, and integration points

Gain exposure to enterprise data platforms, reporting tools, and integration technologies

Receive mentorship and training in data analytics best practices and tools

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field with Junior or Senior credit standing at the time of application submission

Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Excellent communication and willingness to learn in a collaborative environment

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a business environment

Above average written and verbal communication skills

Strong PC proficiency with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, Programming/Developer software preferred

Effective organizational, time management, & multi-tasking skills

Ability to work full time (32-40 hours/week) during weekdays, with some schedule flexibility, if needed

Ability to work and be based in Minneapolis, MN; relocation assistance is not available

Some travel may be required for the position to perform audits and base visits

Minimal physical exertion such as: pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking, and light lifting of boxes, bags files, and electronic equipment not in excess of 30 lbs

Computer work, in a typical office environment sitting for the majority of the day
