Responsibilities
Maintain a centralized calendar and tracker for all communications activities across Operations, IT, and Claims
Ensure alignment with corporate messaging and compliance standards
Enhance PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership, focusing on visual appeal and clarity
Apply best practices for design and storytelling in executive communications
Draft and edit internal communications (emails, newsletters, intranet posts) in collaboration with department leads
Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to streamline content creation and improve efficiency
Partner with department heads and communications teams to ensure timely delivery of messages
Act as a liaison between Operations, IT, and Claims for communication priorities
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; ability to create visually compelling presentations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Proven experience in internal communications or related field within a corporate environment
Experience in insurance or financial services industry
Knowledge of internal communications best practices and change management principles
Advanced PowerPoint design skills (animations, templates, visual storytelling)
