Trial Attorneys (MDL)
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM) is seeking experienced Trial Attorneys with first and second chair experience in complex product liability, toxic tort litigation, and multidistrict litigation (MDL) to join their national trial teams. The role involves aggressive litigation of cases in all 50 states, requiring strong courtroom presence and significant experience in various aspects of trial preparation and execution.

Qualification
Required
First and second chair experience in complex product liability, toxic tort litigation, and multidistrict litigation (MDL)
Significant experience in Litigation and Complex Discovery
Significant experience in Oral Advocacy
Significant experience in Trial Strategy and Case Evaluation
Significant experience in Jury Selection
Significant experience in Evidentiary Rules and Cross-Examination
Significant experience in Working with Clients, Experts, Witnesses, and Opposing Counsel
Persuasive writing and speaking skills
Proven research abilities
Strong academic background
Capacity to work both independently and within a collaborative trial team
Prior complex product liability and toxic tort litigation trial experience
Candidates must reside and be admitted to practice in the United States
