Responsibilities

Provide support, analysis, and research into exceptionally complex problems and processes related to enterprise application and database infrastructure

Serve as a technical expert on executive-level project teams, offering technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives that guide strategic decision-making

Apply advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts to develop innovative and highly effective solutions for unusually complex technical challenges

Think independently and provide leadership in problem-solving, contributing to the development of new methods, processes, and architectural strategies

Demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills, and provide high-quality technical writing for reports, SOPs, and deliverables to the government

Exercise a strong command of the English language in both technical documentation and executive-level briefings

Administer and troubleshoot Oracle EBS Financial ERP, Oracle Database, SOA Suite, and middleware technologies across development, test, staging, and production environments

Support and manage key Oracle components including SSO/Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Hyperion, Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK), Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ), and Oracle Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools

Implement and optimize Oracle Real Application Cluster (RAC), Active Data Guard, and Oracle GoldenGate for high availability and data replication

Perform performance tuning, cloning, patching, and lifecycle maintenance of Oracle database and middleware infrastructure

Coordinate with system architects, cybersecurity teams, developers, and government stakeholders to ensure compliance with DoD STIGs, IA policies, and RMF controls

Participate in change control meetings, security reviews, and daily stand-ups, providing Tier III troubleshooting and root cause analysis for critical infrastructure issues
