Talent Specialist I
Alternate Solutions Health Network (ASHN) is dedicated to the growth and development of their team while providing skilled home care and hospice services. As a Talent Specialist, you will identify and hire healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient care and support staffing needs for the agency.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with agency leadership to assess hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
Maintain relationships with the candidate and hiring leader through all stages of the recruitment process
Review applications to determine eligibility, screen qualified candidates using Behavioral Based Interviewing, schedule interviews with hiring leaders, manage job advertisements and manage workflow in ATS
Partner with the other Talent Specialists as needed and work with Coordinators to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
Ensure confidentiality and company and legal compliance with talent acquisition processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field, or equivalent years of relevant work-related experience required
Minimum of three (3) years of recruitment experience required
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is required
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ability to learn new software systems and databases
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Capable of all physical demands
Occasional travel to partner location(s)
Preferred
Healthcare/Nurse recruitment experience is strongly preferred
Social media recruitment and sourcing experience is strongly preferred
