As a Project Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings, managing permits, and maintaining project documentation to support the company's operations.

Responsibilities
Schedule estimator and project manager meetings, including reinspections and client visits
Track, create, and maintain project documentation and calendar events with accurate notes
Maintain and update Estimators’ and Project Managers’ DPTs and trackers
Prepare and track permits, inspections, and related documentation
Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure everyone is informed
Follow up on open tasks and maintain accountability systems
Upload documents to company portals and assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Work full-time in-office, actively engaging in Entrusted’s people-first culture
Learn and grow in preparation for future development opportunities within the company
Other duties as assigned
