Lead financial reporting and analysis to guide strategic decision-making across business units
Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering clear, data-driven insights
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of three direct reports, fostering collaboration, growth, and accountability
Oversee the development and implementation of financial policies, processes, and controls
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports
Maintain compliance with global financial regulations and internal standards
Drive continuous improvement and innovation across finance operations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in finance, controlling, or accounting, including people-management experience
Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and develop direct reports
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
Deep understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and internal controls
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams, functions, and regions
Proficiency with ERP systems and financial analysis tools
