Responsibilities
Decommission legacy devices
Unbox, verify imaging/configuration, and install new thin clients
Perform cable management and confirm proper connectivity
Document all completed deployments
Follow scripted procedures and work independently
Maintain professionalism in patient care areas
Oversee the deployment team
Coordinate daily activities with internal management and the engagement manager
Ensure smooth communication, scheduling, and task execution
Maintain high standards of professionalism in clinical settings
Qualification
Required
Experience with hardware deployments (healthcare experience preferred)
Familiarity with imaging processes and basic networking
Ability to work independently and follow structured procedures
Comfort working in patient care environments with high reverence
Strong attention to detail and professionalism
Availability during standard business hours
