Responsibilities

Assist with daily facility operations, including service requests, preventive maintenance tracking, and vendor coordination
Support site inspections, workplace readiness checks, and safety compliance verifications (e.g., AEDs, fire extinguishers, first aid kits)
Help manage and close tickets in the FMS tracking system
Project Management: Support Project Management activities including tracking timelines, deliverables and coordination with Susquehanna teams
Equipment Tracking: Monitor subcontractor equipment submittals to ensure compliance with firm specifications
Documentation: Ensure all processes are document and organized efficiently
Provide on-site support for emergencies, maintenance issues and event setups as needed

Required

Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Preferred

Previous experience in facilities management or a related internship
Familiarity with project management tools and software
Basic understanding of building operations and maintenance
