Responsibilities

Experience in Agile Scrum, preferably as a Scrum Master

Experience in scaled Agile (SAFE)

Working experience with Scrum teams

Preferred experience in Product Development

Location Preference: Remote within commutable distance of a bank location. RICH/KC/DAL

Citizenship: US Citizen

Experience implementing Agile techniques in different cultures and environments with projects of varying size and complexity

Demonstrated understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, Test Driven Development, and Continuous Testing & Integration

Coaching new and existing teams in Scrum and/or Kanban/Scrumban best practices, so teams can meet sprint and release goals and mature in agile practices

Knowledge of or experience in a scaled agile environment

Hands on experience with some type of agile tooling: JIRA, AgileCraft, VersionOne, TFS

Minimum 4-6 years of previous Agile Coaching or Scrum Master experience, with deep knowledge of all Scrum roles and Scrum ceremonies

Preferred

Knowledge of or experience in a scaled agile environment
