Responsibilities
Work with business unit leaders to develop budget and forecasts based on key operational and financial metrics
Ad hoc financial and operational analyses
Prepare and distribute financial reports and packages by gathering and analyzing information related to current performance
Assist with monthly financial review and creation of monthly financial package
Work with business unit leaders to create new courses of action to improve net profitability and develop roadmaps for sustained profitability
Qualification
Required
Excel (SQL and TM1 Experience a plus)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to interact at all levels of the organization
0-2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or another similar field
