Responsibilities
Handle escalated calls and provide timely resolutions for customer inquiries
Support branch and call center teams with operational issues and troubleshooting
Log and track customer interactions accurately using internal systems
Communicate clearly and professionally via email and other channels
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience
Qualification
Required
3+ years in a call center or bank branch environment with progressively responsible roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Excellent follow-through
Comfortable navigating technology systems
Ability to perform administrative tasks
Flexible and adaptable mindset
Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
Preferred
Experience with retention calls
Experience with analysis
Experience handling escalations
