They are seeking a Staff Analytics Team Lead to manage the analytics team, analyze data, and generate insights to optimize staff performance and enhance organizational efficiency through data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Staff Analytics team, providing direction, guidance, and support in data analysis and reporting
Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify key metrics and data requirements for workforce planning and decision-making
Design and implement data collection processes and systems to ensure accurate and reliable data
Analyze and interpret data to generate insights and recommendations for improving staff performance and organizational efficiency
Prepare and present reports and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and workforce management

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Leadership and team management abilities
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering actionable insights
