Escrow Coordinator/Customer Service
Fidelity National Financial is seeking an Escrow Coordinator/Customer Service for their Chicago Suburban branch office. The role involves providing reception, administrative, and customer service support in a high volume escrow operation office.

Responsibilities
Greet and direct customers in a professional, upbeat, positive manner and answer general questions
Answering phones in a pleasant manner and routing calls as necessary for office staff
Provides management of office voice mails and daily target emails to escrow and general office staff
Daily communication with attorney customers to request pre-closing information and other miscellaneous closing related documents
Support escrow operations in areas such as Scheduling, Wires, and Closing Protection Letters (CPL)
Manage escrow calendar daily for the branch office and others within the north suburban area, as needed
Maintains reception and office areas in an organized, efficient manner
Daily office mail intake and distribution at end of each day
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in a customer service role; experience in a real estate or title insurance environment preferred but not required
Ability to multi-task and manage day-to-day volume fluctuation
A positive demeanor and ability to work well in a team environment
Proficiency in the use of general office software
Preferred
Bachelor's strongly preferred
