Enterprise Mobility is offering a Management Trainee Internship designed for university/college students looking to gain valuable business and leadership skills. Interns will engage in real-world challenges similar to those faced by full-time professionals, learning to manage a fleet, develop marketing strategies, and build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management

Take on challenges similar to first and second year full-time professionals

Develop the skills needed to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers

Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers

Required

Must be graduating in August 2026, December 2026, or May 2027 enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program for the upcoming semester in a college or university

Must be able to start and attend our orientation class on 5/11/2026 and make a 10-12 week commitment

Must have 3 months of sales, customer service, marketing or management experience

Will consider leadership experience in organizations/clubs, volunteer work/community service or military in lieu of the work experience

Will consider experience as a student athlete in lieu of the work experience

Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years

No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)

Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Must be at least 18 years of age
