Responsibilities
Identify potential new clients aligned with the organization’s capabilities
Craft targeted strategic messages to senior leaders based on their history with the organization, focus areas, and strategic goals
Make 50+ calls and send 15+ emails daily to secure initial meetings and generate new business
Maintain a territory and assist an assigned Development Director in achieving annual goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience; all majors accepted
0 to 2 years of work experience, including leadership, professional, or internship roles
Comfortable with cold calling
Preferred
DMV region preferred (office in Arlington VA)
Remote option available
