Responsibilities
Design and simulate RF systems using industry-standard tools
Develop and execute test procedures to evaluate system performance
Troubleshoot and optimize RF systems in both lab and field environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF solutions into larger network architectures
Document findings and produce detailed reports on design and testing results
Stay ahead of emerging RF technologies and propose innovative solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with RF/Microwave concentration
Minimum 3 years in RF/microwave system design and testing
Proficiency with RF design tools (EDX, Pathloss), RF measurement equipment (spectrum/network analyzers), and understanding of impedance matching, link budgets, and modulation schemes
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with LTE/5G, WiFi, microwave/mmWave, satellite, or defense applications
Knowledge of FCC/NTIA compliance
Familiarity with leading manufacturers like Nokia, Motorola, Cambium, Siklu, and Commscope
