The IAM Analyst - Level 2 will perform provisioning, deprovisioning, and entitlement management while resolving identity management issues and supporting technology operations deliverables.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Perform provisioning, deprovisioning, and entitlement management across multiple platforms (Unix/Linux, Windows, databases, Mainframe/RACF)
Resolve Level 2 identity management issues and collaborate with business partners to address access challenges
Assist in improving deployment processes, tool usage, and maintaining operational procedures
Support large-scale Technology Operations deliverables and contribute to planning and issue resolution
Manage identity lifecycle using IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD
Work with authentication standards (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, SCIM)
Ensure compliance with security frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX, PCI)
Utilize ServiceNow and internal tools (ART & AIMS) for ticket management and SLA adherence
Maintain high performance measured by volume, SLA compliance, and quality standards
