Responsibilities
Conduct vocational assessments to evaluate patients' skills, interests, and barriers to employment
Collaborate with patients to develop individual vocational rehabilitation plans that align with their career goals and needs
Assist patients in finding suitable job opportunities
Provide one-on-one counseling and guidance to patients on resume writing, interviewing skills, job search strategies, and workplace adjustments
Develop and maintain relationships with employers to create job opportunities for patients
Offer ongoing support to patients and employers to ensure successful job placement and retention
Maintain accurate patient records, case notes, and reports in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements
Work with other service providers, social workers, healthcare professionals, and community organizations to support patient success
Qualification
Required
AA or Bachelor's degree in vocational rehabilitation, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field required
Valid Ohio driver's license
Must have proof of current auto insurance coverage and meet driving record requirements
Preferred
Experience in sales a plus
