Responsibilities
Responsible for the financial health of assigned projects, ensuring profitability while meeting contractual obligations
Oversee project progress, proactively identifying potential roadblocks, delays, or issues; implement immediate corrective actions accordingly
Proficiently manage subcontract and client monthly pay applications, subcontract amendments, and necessary written notifications governing the work
Manage multiple projects concurrently while cultivating and maintaining client relationships; ensure timely responses to urgent situations
Track and manage labor, equipment, and material costs associated with ongoing projects
Lead and supervise the Superintendents, holding accountable for overall performance
Coordinate with Superintendents to determine proper manpower and schedules for upcoming projects
Prepare accurate monthly billings based upon current job completion status
Complete monthly WIP (Work in Progress) reporting
Lead, manage, exhibit, and hold accountable to the core values of Dedicated, Integrity, Pursuit of Excellence, and Team Player
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in project management
Exceptional communication, organization, and analytical skills
Ability to collaborate and work effectively as a team player
Preferred
Prior commercial and/or retail painting experience highly preferred; experience in construction, subcontracting, or other related and transferable industries may be considered
Proficiency with construction management software (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Eclipse, and/or Procore experience is a plus)
