Information Technology
Responsibilities
Review loan documents and verify accuracy
Analyze borrower creditworthiness (DTI, LTV)
Evaluate appraisals and ensure collateral meets guidelines
Approve or decline loans within authority
Collaborate with loan officers and processors
Maintain compliance with federal regulations
Qualification
Required
Extensive Mortgage Processing Experience (e.g., Processor, Closer, Loan Officer)
Knowledge of underwriting processes and regulations
Strong underwriting and financial analysis skills
Familiarity with FHA tools and mortgage systems
Excellent communication and judgment
Preferred
Delegated Credit Authority (typically $1–$2M)
VA SAR/LAPP and/or FHA DE certifications
Experience with conventional and VA loans, credit analysis, and tax return review
