Senior Principal Engineer

Responsibilities
Defines and drives the technical vision, strategy, and architecture for complex systems
Leads large-scale engineering initiatives from concept to delivery
Provides deep technical expertise and guidance to the engineering team and project leaders
Sets and enforces engineering standards, processes and best practices
Collaborates with cross-functional partners to align technology solutions with business objectives
Mentors and Coach engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
Evaluates new technologies, tools, and methods to improve system performance and efficiency
Represents the engineering organization in technical discussions with executives, clients and partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field
12-20+ years of engineering experience with a strong record of technical innovation and leadership
Deep expertise in one or more technical domains
Proven experience in system architecture, design and large-scale implementations
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic recommendations
