Analytics Program Manager
MSCI Private Assets is a leading provider of critical decision support tools and services for the global investment community. The Analytics Program Manager will prioritize and drive the technical execution of analytics products, collaborating with various teams to define priorities and deliver strategic client solutions.

Responsibilities
In collaboration with the coverage and product management teams, define analytics priorities and plan objectives effectively through estimation of scope, resources, and cost
Problem scoping for new analytics initiatives and in close collaboration with the internal stakeholders, define an action plan for a successful delivery of strategic client solutions through the analytics applications
Drive the delivery of Analytics programs (with initial focus on Fixed Income) through collaboration with data, research, engineering, and quality teams throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing maintenance
Managing and align project dependencies effectively, collaborating with teams to work in an integrated and client-centric manner
Define requirements specifications, and functional and technical designs in addition to ownership and prioritization of the program backlog
Drive innovation across all aspects of the analytics programs
Qualification
Required
Degree or equivalent work experience on finance, business, computer science or scientific fields
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, specifically writing skills and formal presentation skills to technical and non-technical partners, and customers
Exposure to fixed income either through education or from previous roles
Exposure to performance attribution from previous roles
Experience working with clients, technical teams, and management to collect and translate customer/business needs into detailed product requirements and functional/technical specs
Experience working on agile development teams and knowledge of software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle
