Responsibilities
Monitor and coordinate communications at the dispatch center to support security-related operations across the location
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and supporting site-specific policies
Maintain accurate logs and records of all incoming and outgoing communications and incident reports
Assist in coordinating emergency response activities and/or notifying appropriate personnel as required
Collaborate with on-site personnel to help to deter potential risks and maintain a secure environment
Conduct regular checks of security-related equipment and systems to confirm operational status
Relay important information and instructions to security-related teams and location staff as needed
Qualification
Required
Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement military or security experience or possess a college degree
Possess an armed guard card or armed guard license as required
Provide proof of high school diploma or GED as required by the client
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Participate in industry-specific security training programs
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
