Responsibilities

Supporting the Primary Care Performance Division (PCPD) leadership team in the organization and implementation of initiatives designed to drive performance
Facilitation of a variety of programs and strategic projects
Delivery of outcomes through collaboration with multiple stakeholders across the Ministry
Supporting successful transformational change aligned with realization of the Mercy Model of Care and Brand Experience

Required

Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business-related field required
This is not a remote position and requires location in Saint Louis, MO region

Preferred

Master's degree in healthcare or business-related field preferred
