Responsibilities
Participate in the detailed design, development, integration, and test of electrical systems
Provide technical expertise and contribute to a wide variety of problem-solving efforts throughout the design and development process
Support the planning and execution of project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones
Apply systems engineering principles to ensure the integration and compatibility of electrical systems with other subsystems
Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, software, and systems engineers, to achieve project objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant Electrical, Systems and Test engineering experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
Requires strong knowledge of job area
Preferred
Secret Clearance
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
Proficiency in electrical design tools (e.g., Xpedition Designer, PADS) and simulation software (e.g., PSPICE)
Basic understanding of systems engineering principles and their application in the design and integration of electrical systems
Experience in supporting execution of complex technical projects
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges
