Research Manager - Expression of Interest
The Harris Poll is a strategic marketing consultancy seeking Research Managers to create high-impact work that addresses client challenges. The role involves managing various research engagements, from designing research instruments to data analysis and report creation, while ensuring client satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
Market Research
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point person for client interactions on most engagements, which may involve daily touchpoints or less regular interactions
Bring strong analytic, communication, and visual design skills to bear in creating reports and presenting results to clients and stakeholders
Execute all aspects of the research process with excellence, managing to schedule and budget, writing proposals, designing studies, hypothesizing and analytic planning, synthesizing data and analytics, creating insights and narratives that drive actionable recommendations, and presenting results to client teams
Proactively support client research needs and goals, contribute innovative ideas and relevant solutions that exceed client expectations upon delivery
Have broad market research experience and understanding of different methodologies and approaches and how those relate to specific client business needs
Consistently exceed customer expectations and strengthening relationships to support team revenue growth
Lead both large-scale and quick-turn projects through collaboration with colleagues
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, juggling several projects while collaborating with team members and stakeholders
Strong attention to detail

Qualification
Required
Strong experience with brand tracking is required
Previous experience in the tech space is ideal
