Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Management Trainee Intern for Summer 2026. This internship offers university/college students the opportunity to gain valuable business and leadership skills while working in a team-based environment, tackling real-world challenges alongside full-time professionals.

Responsibilities

Learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management
Take on the same challenges as first and second year full-time professionals
Develop the skills needed to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers
Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers

Required

Must be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program and graduating by May 2027
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (i.e. DWI/DUI)
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must reside permanently in Colorado or attend College/University in Colorado
