Responsibilities
Support the design, analysis, and improvement of manufacturing processes
Collect and interpret process data to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
Assist in developing process flow diagrams and standard operating procedures
Participate in root case analysis and troubleshooting of production issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality and maintenance
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
Qualification
Required
Currently seeking a degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Fluent in the English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated individual with excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Able to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office software and other standard software in an engineering and office environment
Strong computer literacy, especially the creation and use of various spreadsheet tools for improved efficiency and productivity
Ability to read, understand and generate engineering drawings and documents including P&ID's, PFD's, mass and energy balance, equipment specifications, process descriptions, etc
