Responsibilities
Conduct training for regional partners on drone products, ecosystem, and solutions
Conduct product feature test, solution POC (Proof of Concept)
Engage with customers and partners in technical discussions, accurately identify customer needs, and provide technical and solutions support
Develop and maintain key regional customer, gather industry insights, and collect product feedback
Analyze regional market demands and explore new drone applications across emerging industries and scenarios
Qualification
Required
Fluent in Thai and Chinese (both spoken and written), English will be a plus
Minimum 3 years of experience in industry as CCTV security, ICT industry; pre-sales or after-sales support will be a plus
Excellent documentation, communication, and technical presentation skills
Collaborative mindset with strong initiative and self-motivation
