Responsibilities

Oversee construction and reconstruction projects from planning through completion

Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality work

Read and interpret blueprints and engineering documents

Manage project schedules, material orders, and job documentation

Communicate effectively with homeowners regarding selections, job progress, change orders, and walkthroughs

Ensure compliance with local permitting and inspection processes

Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and resolve delays as they arise

Provide timely updates and reports to both customers and internal management
