Qualification
Required
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage clients and build lasting relationships
Ability to provide Training and offer guidance to clients regarding services
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting
Ability to adapt and learn quickly
Preferred
Experience in Sales and Insurance is preferred but not required
Previous experience in merchant services or financial services is a plus
