Responsibilities

Design and deliver workshop style training to Kinaxis customers, partners, and employees on the Maestro product with audiences spanning from new to advanced users leveraging existing and customized courseware

Develop and facilitate training sessions that promote best practices in quality deployments, using your advanced knowledge of Maestro deployments for some of our largest customers

Customize and create new courseware including hands-on labs to support customer specific training needs for both instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training

Maintain and expand knowledge of Kinaxis applications, instructional techniques, and supply chain planning industry trends

Create and manage product knowledge questions and scenarios to support capability assessments and certifications
