Task Order Manager - Security Focus (Senior)

Peraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe. They are seeking a highly skilled Task Order Manager with a security focus to oversee and coordinate security related programs supporting the 480th Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing (480 ISRW). The role involves ensuring that all security related projects align with organizational goals, are delivered on time, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and oversee security programs and projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and mission objectives
Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop and manage program budgets, schedules, and resources
Monitor program performance and progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed
Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization
Travel required 15%

Required

Minimum 10 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
Master's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 15 years, as a substitute to the master's degree
Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or PMP frameworks)
Familiarity with DoD, Air Force, and Intelligence Community (IC) security policies and procedures
Expertise in information, industrial, personnel, and physical security concepts, principles, and practices
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing reports and collaborating with stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required

Preferred

Experience supporting 480 ISRW or similar military organization
Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent
Previous experience as a Site Security Manager (SSM), Special Security Officer (SSO), or Unit Security Manager (USM)
Understanding of Air Force senior level staffing processes
