Responsibilities
Drive new business acquisition within the global enterprise sales segment, focusing on audiovisual solutions for workplace transformation and digital collaboration
Identify, pursue, and close multi-region, high-value opportunities with U.S.-headquartered global enterprises
Lead consultative, value-based sales efforts to position AV solutions as critical enablers of customer outcomes
Build and maintain a strong pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth
Develop relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers across IT, Facilities, Procurement, and Business Units
Collaborate with internal teams and global partners to deliver seamless proposals and RFP responses
Leverage industry contacts and technology partnerships to accelerate global deal flow
Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to strengthen go-to-market strategy
Travel up to 40% (minimum 20%) as needed for client meetings and industry events
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of exceeding quota for the last 3 years
Experience selling AV integration solutions (required)
Strong consultative and solution-selling skills with enterprise clients
Ability to lead complex, multi-country deals and RFP processes
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Must be located near a major U.S. airport and able to travel internationally (passport required)
Preferred
Business development experience with an AV systems integrator strongly preferred
