Responsibilities

Design tailored solutions by aligning customer needs with Hyro’s capabilities, considering technical, deployment, and security factors
Assess client tech landscapes to anticipate execution challenges and strategy shifts
Develop architectural ‘blueprints’ detailing Hyro’s integration and configuration
Support Sales Executives in pre-sales, leading scoping sessions and crafting solution proposals
Deliver demos, analyze customer data, and provide ROI insights
Collaborate with internal teams to develop feasible, profitable solutions and provide product feedback
Track market trends, identify competitive risks, and contribute to Hyro’s technology evolution

Required

5+ years experience as a Sales Engineer or Solution Architect of a technical product
Ability to deliver demonstrations to both business and technology users/audiences
Understanding of APIs, integrations, and telephony infrastructure
Experience with Enterprise SaaS and Contact Center Sales
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to balance long-term strategy with short-term needs
BSc in Computer Science or equivalent; deep technical understanding- an advantage
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Preferred

Experience in healthcare tech or ML/AI/NLU technologies is a plus
