Accurately handling medical and wellness-related terminology
Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless client experiences
Qualification
Required
Experience in Appointment Scheduling and strong Organization Skills to efficiently manage bookings and administrative tasks
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
Familiarity with Medical Terminology to accurately support wellness and recovery services
Ability to prioritize tasks, stay detail-oriented, and work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Proficiency with scheduling and administrative software is a plus
Experience in the fitness, wellness, or healthcare industry is preferable
Additional certifications in office management or customer service are advantageous
