Responsibilities
Work directly with homeowners to identify turf issues, explain solutions, and recommend treatments
Apply fertilization, weed, pest, and disease control treatments
Perform aerations and topsoil treatments
Deliver 5-star service with pride in every property
Operate and maintain spray rigs and equipment
Keep accurate service records using a mobile app
Collaborate with teammates, sharing knowledge and helping each other succeed
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of hands-on lawn care technician experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record (no violations in the last 3 years)
GI-BMP and FDACS Technician certifications (or actively in progress)
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
