Responsibilities

Lead the maintenance team in maintaining the physical integrity of a multimillion dollar, multifamily apartment home community
Diagnose and fix issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas, appliance, structural, lighting, and security systems
Anticipate problems that residents might have before they occur
Lead a team of technicians in performing routine preventive maintenance and timely repairs
Share wisdom and insights with the team, prioritize tasks, and motivate them to exceed expectations
Oversee and inspect the team's work, sometimes performing tasks yourself
Keep track of maintenance information including resident service requests and preventive maintenance records
Manage service vendors, maintenance budget, and supplies inventory
