Inside Higher Ed is seeking a CTIC Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. The fellow will support CTIC's research and projects, including managing datasets, conducting statistical analyses, and preparing reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

Clean and manage large datasets
Conduct statistical analyses of data using R/Stata
Prepare literature reviews, background research, and other draft content for grant proposals and academic papers
Draft project reports, research protocols, and other project documents
Prepare presentations for large venues - e.g., U.N. bodies
Organize events in international venues
Represent the project on conference calls and email discussions with various stakeholders
Maintain project website

Required

Graduate degree in Business, Decision Sciences, Data Sciences, Computer Science, Information Science, Informatics, Communications, International Development, Public Policy or related fields with substantial quantitative coursework
Strong technical, analytic, computational, and writing skills
Prior research or professional experience related to ICT4D
Proficiency programming in R or Stata
Willingness to travel

Preferred

Familiarity with financial modeling
