Ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient operations across cloud and on-prem environments
Collaborating with engineering and admin teams to implement and test backup and disaster recovery plans
Monitoring system performance and security and providing technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related field, or a minimum of two years' experience
Must demonstrate an understanding of and proficiency in the use of networking and application management
Proficiency related to network cabling/hubs/switches and VOIP infrastructure
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Problem solving skills
Effective project management skills
Ability to be adaptable, flexible and change activities quickly
Ability to make quick and accurate decisions independently
Occasional travel as needed
