Responsibilities

Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in adherence to BICSI rules, regulations, and standards

Proficiently utilize and calibrate network cabling test equipment, overseeing testing procedures and ensuring accurate results

Design, implement, and manage complex telecommunications and network cabling infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, and documentation

Supervise cable dressing, termination, and testing processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices

Oversee the safe and efficient use of power tools and ladders, conducting regular safety inspections and providing training as needed

Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving escalated issues related to cabling infrastructure, demonstrating advanced problem-solving skills

Take a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential areas of improvement in voice and data communications systems

Manage the removal of abandoned cable and enforce strict adherence to cable management standards, maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, contractors, and management, providing updates, and resolving concerns promptly

Deliver exceptional customer support in high-pressure environments, demonstrating professionalism and expertise in all interactions

Conduct thorough problem analysis and implement effective solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to operations

Uphold high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work, from cable installation to documentation
