Responsibilities

Handle a sophisticated, high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment

Oversee case progress, interact with clients and co-counsel, take and defend depositions, appear in court, and prepare filings

Manage written discovery and conduct exceptional research and brief-writing

Work closely with partners and colleagues on multifaceted, high-impact cases

Required

3+ years of litigation experience, ideally in complex or significant litigation matters

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and build strong working relationships

Exceptional research and brief-writing abilities, including experience managing written discovery

Comfortable overseeing case progress, interacting with clients and co-counsel, taking and defending depositions, appearing in court, and preparing filings

Experience across all stages of litigation, including: Pleadings, Discovery, Motion practice, Strategic case development

Professionalism, confidence, and strong judgment when engaging in depositions, hearings, and client meetings

Ability to work closely with partners and colleagues on multifaceted, high-impact cases
