Responsibilities

Assist the university in implementing the Statement of Purpose
Assist the university in implementing the long range institutional and financial plans
Process graduate applications for master, specialist, and choice doctorate degrees
Process transcripts and supporting documents into CAMS
Answer incoming emails and calls regarding graduate status of files
Greet and aid guests to the Graduate Admissions Office
Communicate with departments regarding student files when necessary
Initiate contact with applicants by email, text and phone regarding their admissions status and documents needed
Assist the Graduate Office Manager in organizing and managing files as needed
Perform other tasks as deemed necessary for operation of the Graduate Admissions Office
Participate in the annual evaluation of the effectiveness of the Admissions Office
