Red team conversational AI models and agents using jailbreaks, prompt injections, misuse cases, bias exploitation, and multi-turn manipulation
Generate high-quality human data by annotating failures, classifying vulnerabilities, and flagging systemic risks
Apply structured methodologies such as taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks to ensure consistent testing
Document findings through reproducible reports, datasets, and attack cases customers can act on
Review text-based AI outputs involving sensitive topics (bias, misinformation, harmful behaviors) following clear safety guidelines
Qualification
Required
Native-level fluency in English and Spanish
Prior experience in red teaming, adversarial AI work, cybersecurity, or socio-technical risk analysis
Strong adversarial mindset with a structured, framework-driven approach
Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work independently and adapt across multiple projects
